About Rebecca Ferlotti

Content marketing management incorporates everything from blogs to social media posts to other long-form pieces, and I love helping with every aspect. For over six years, trailblazer businesses have worked with me to develop content that establishes them as thought leaders in their respective fields. I’ve accomplished this by implementing empathy marketing, and it’s made all the difference. Empathy marketing is a full-force, story-driven approach to content marketing management that’s fueled by customer persona research–having one-on-one interviews with you and your clients to determine what mix of content will encourage long-term support. It\'s backed by the radical idea that people want to be treated as humans.much like you would talk to a friend over a coffee or cocktail? Reach out on LinkedIn or contact me here: https://thecontentcornerstone.com/contact-us : Graduate of Vocational Culinary Arts Program | Master Crafter of Charcuterie Boards | Certified Associate of the Academy of Cheese | Latte Lover | Library Enthusiast | Serial Semicolon User - 🧀 Every time I travel for conferences or attend networking meetings, I ask people about cheese shops they love or recommendations for restaurants. I grew up in the culinary arts/hospitality industry, with my dad as the general manager of a country club and my mom as a chef, 🧀I love to find off-the-beaten-path places, and I use my adventures as inspiration for my writing, which has been published in literary journals and other online platforms. While I enjoy short-form writing for creative works, I thrive in the long-form content marketing space, creating trend reports, ebooks, white papers, blogs, and content marketing plans to tie everything together. Let’s chat so I can learn about you, your business, and your hobbies! Connect with me and send me a PM. Or read more about The Content Cornerstone here:

  1. Chief Content Officer and Founder

    The Content Cornerstone

    Jan 2022 — Present

The 60+ clients I’ve worked with have the same goals in mind: to connect with their target audiences and meet them where they are. I collaborate with them to come up with an empathy marketing approach, which includes social media management, PR, blog management, and other long-form writing projects (such as newsletters and trend reports). My clients are gritty trailblazers with big hearts.I’ve spent a lot of time with folks in the tech and sustainability sectors as well as the food/beverage world, so I definitely gravitate toward those industries. More so than the type of company you’re in, I’m interested in getting to know you. It’s why I spend so much time upfront talking to you and other team members—in order to be an extension of your team rather than a random person who pops up with content every so often. The more I get to know you, the better the content will be, and it’s my favorite part of my process. The rest of my process is a blast, too.Empathy marketing is, first and foremost, about building connections with you and your team. Then, we- Develop a content marketing plan together, which includes your customer personas, plan of attack for content, and goals- Execute on that plan as a team, building a library of content to pull from for social media, blogs, and more- Measure the success of that content, adjust as needed, and have an open line of communication to ensure we capture anything timely (in addition to evergreen content) And I’m grateful to get to do what I love every day! It’s fun to hear teams get passionate about what they do—anyone who stops mid-thought during our get-to-know-you call to say, “I’m sorry I haven’t given you much of a chance to talk, I just get excited about this stuff.” It’s how I know I’ve found long-lasting partnerships. During those calls, and all calls, I’m always around to listen.
