With over 20 years of experience as a senior education and instructional leader, I’ve dedicated my career to closing the achievement gap and fostering equitable education for all students. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and my work centers on creating inclusive, data-driven systems that uplift every learner, especially those who are traditionally underserved.I’ve held leadership roles in both public and charter schools, including teacher, instructional specialist, and Assistant Principal, with a focus on supporting special populations, ensuring all succeed. Throughout my career, I’ve led the design and implementation of data-driven intervention systems, empowering both teachers and leaders to address the individual needs of each student. By coaching educators and providing them with high-quality curriculum materials—I help foster a love for learning and continuous improvement in instructional practice.I believe that by working together, we can create student-centered learning experiences that not only close achievement gaps but also ignite a passion for learning in every child.
