About Rebecca Deusser
Helping mission-driven organizations reach their full potential is the continuous thread throughout my 20-year career. My passion for social justice and health equity has led me to leadership and volunteer roles at organizations dedicated to helping others. I’ve had the privilege of working with academic health organizations, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a public health organization and within the clean energy sector. As volunteer, for six years I served on and chaired for two of those years, a council that advises the commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health on policy, program development and priorities. I’ve also volunteered for a men\'s health clinic serving the homeless community. These experiences have kept me grounded and focused on why I’ve chosen this career path and help me remember the impact each of us can have on the lives of people in need.
