I\'m a leadership and culture consultant, facilitator, executive coach and keynote speaker. I founded Deepen, where we work with people leaders to build the leadership capability and cultural conditions that create human-led, AI-powered organisations. We bring deep expertise in leadership development, combined with experience building with AI and research in how AI is reshaping organisations. Before founding Deepen, I spent over a decade inside bp in commercial, strategy, change and global leadership transformation roles. I understand the realities of leadership from the inside - the pressure, the politics and the complexity - and I connect the dots between theory and the real challenges leaders face every day.I also coach individual senior leaders who want to lead with more clarity, confidence and impact, and who know their inner game dictates their outer game. And I\'m learning in public.
