Our Coaching for Leaders Programme has been rolled out to over 40 schools and has delivered outcomes that have changed attitudes and shifted behaviours that had been unmanageable previously. We have built experience in the professional services sector, retail, engineering and food manufacturing. We deliver one to one coaching where we help our client identify their vision for their future and through a series of meetings, break that vision down into manageable steps. Time for reflection and quality planning is key to these meetings, leaders are busy supporting others - a coach can be there for those leaders.Our associate team bring a diverse skill mix with extensive experience in many sectors bringing that value directly to your people.
