ABOUT REBECCA BROVER

I am a passionate Organizational Development pracitioner, coach and consultant. I help organizations transform their culture, structure, behaviors, and processes. I have a strong background in management consulting, customer relationship management, education, and HR, and I have worked with clients from diverse industries, such as healthcare, arts, nonprofits, and education.I have also served as the Chief Operating Officer at GrogTag, a startup that provides customized labels and accessories for home brewers and winemakers, where I was responsible for overseeing the operations, marketing, and product development.I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Psychology degree in Organizational Development at the California School of Professional Psychology, where I aim to deepen my knowledge and skills in facilitating change and innovation in complex systems.More than anything, I\'m interested in people, their well-being, and their ability to thrive in their world physically and psychologically. I believe the disruption of habits and the intentional addition of creative chaos in safe spaces can be the source of inspiration, innovation, and radical transformation. Whether it is gently holding a metaphorical mirror for someone as they discover something new about themselves or the way they interact with others following a performance review, sharing a technology tool or complementary methodology that might add just a bit of ease to their day, or a moment of mindful breathing in an otherwise chaotic day.
