I’m Rebecca, Operations Director at S.N.G Healthcare. Recruitment has been my thing for over 25 years and I love it.My job now is to make sure our truly excellent recruitment team run like a well-oiled machine; delivering for our candidates, organising our temp workers and meeting (at the very least) our clients’ expectations.This means, empowering the team by clearing bottlenecks, so we can find the right people, in the right roles, fast.Whether it’s placing leaders like Home Managers and Directors or sorting temp staff for a crisis, we are on it.Supporting private care homes and health services across the UK with top talent is our top priority. As a result of this, I thrive under pressure and know healthcare’s beating heart. I have a clear solutions-focussed work ethic. If something needs doing, I get it done. No messing about.
