Including webpage updates, ensuring related experience and matters are current and still relevant, and all practice offerings are correctly portrayed- Preparing and managing RFP\'s and other informal proposals and pitches. Gathering all of the necessary materials, collaborating with attorneys on a vision and making all edits, while ultimately curating a unique final product to be shared with the client- Working with the research team to compile company information, relevant and/or recent news, litigation reports and court history, and various patent, trademark and copyright reports for review. Also finding historical and current relations to Dentons, lead partners and relationship lawyers, areas of work in the past and how much/when- Managing biography updates and additions for new and existing partners, associates, counsel, technical specialists and patent agents. Participating in the on boarding of new hires, and working to integrate them in their prospective group- Managing the updates for annual rankings and awards submissions such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, World Trademark Review, IAM Patent etc. Working with the awards and rankings team and the respective lawyers to identify new highlights, update ongoing detail and freshen up team and practice information with a goal to continuously enhance the submissions and strive for higher rankings each year.
