Cadence is a full service Planning and Landscape Architecture firm co-founded by Rebecca Bradley and Gage Couch. Together, we share good ideas and practice smart design. Our philosophy stems from a desire to bring high-end design and forward thinking strategies to like-minded land developers and property owners. We believe our collective experiences and pragmatic, hands-on approach to land development are exactly what is needed in today’s business climate. Our job is to harness your thoughts, transform them into a vision, and nurture that vision into an authentic experience. Our most recent project experience spans the Caribbean, Latin America and the Southeastern United States.Cadence has erased traditional industry divisions to fuel collaboration and free creativity. Recognizing that great ideas can spark anywhere, we have created a company that nurtures our growth and promotes a cross-pollination of ideas. We are a team that drives ideas among clients, end users and our collaborators.
