The ABB group of companies operates in around 100 countries and employs about people. ABB has been established in New Zealand for over 90 years. In addition to sales and service locations, ABB has two manufacturing facilities in New Zealand located in Auckland and Napier. In my role I partner with the business to attract, develop and retain the appropriate workforce to effectively deliver business strategy. I am responsible for delivery of talent processes including support for the recruitment process which includes but is not limited to line manager briefings, ensuring quality of posting and creation of shortlists, candidate communication, interviews, assessments, and reference checks. I also support internal talent mobility by performing strategic activities to identify internal talent for opportunities and development.
