At my company, I lead a hub within operational excellence with a focus on Quality and Compliance within Global Data Management Systems. My role encompasses spearheading strategic initiatives that enhance the operational effectiveness and efficiency of our clinical data processes, supporting inspections, audits and clinical trial issue management. With four years in this position, I have honed my expertise in Good Clinical Practice, ‘quality by design’ and Standard Operating Procedure development, ensuring robust quality management in clinical trials and across the data management organization.Additionally, retired as the Lead of the local Pennsylvania DEI Capability Network, my advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the disability space is intrinsic to my professional ethos. Created and Co-Lead the Global Anxiety & Depression community, providing crucial support for mental health within my organization at a global level for three years.
