ABOUT REBECCA WOHLTMAN
I focus my practice on transactional and corporate work, along with tax law and resolution of tax debts, criminal tax, and estate planning. I have helped clients buy and sell business of all sizes, including a bank merger, and caused the Department of Justice to decline to prosecute a criminal tax case against clients who the IRS had been investigating for several years. I also have two years of litigation experience, including arguing before the Eastern District of Missouri Court of Appeals and writing two additional appellate briefs. The Missouri Supreme Court\'s decision in Garland v. Ruhl is based entirely on an argument regarding an award of attorney\'s fees that I wrote.
