Working in the Sweden, Finland and Baltics organization • First point of contact when it comes to overall HR inquires, e.g. relating to employee benefits, collective agreement, salary and vacation etc. • Handling general personnel administrative tasks such as updating employee records in portals such as Benify, Edenred, Falck, Skandia and Collectum. • HR-related systems: MyHR, Workday and Flex HRM. • Creating and updating company policies and proactively work with employee health and work environment. • Contact with occupational health care and other collaborative partners, as well as government agencies such as Skatteverket and Försäkringskassan. • Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding process of employees. • Working closely with the payroll team and providing them with data for the payroll processing. • Supporting in recruitment processes when needed. • Organizing and leading several internal meetings, such as our All Employee Meeting with over 200 employees attending.
