I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado & own a private practice in Boulder, Co. In my practice, I specialize in personality disorders, trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, and dissociative disorders. I take an existential, person-centered approach to therapy, weaving aspects of gestalt, attachment theory, DBT, and mindfulness into sessions. I have a bachelor of science in psychology with a minor in sociology from Georgia State University in 2013. I have a master of arts in clinical mental health counseling with a concentration in mindfulness based transpersonal psychology from Naropa University in 2022. I am a clinical psychology doctoral student at Saybrook University specializing in existential-humanistic psychology.I\'m on the organizing committee as the social activities coordinator & speaker liaison for the Fourth World Congress of Existential Therapy that is June 3-6, 2026 in Denver, Colorado, a member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society, & Zeta Tau Alpha alumna. Outside of work & classes, you can find me hiking, reading, going to concerts and music festivals, or hanging out with my husband and furkids.
