BA(hons) Product Design graduate from Nottingham Trent University.As part of my degree, I completed an industrial placement year at PepsiCo in the role of a Packaging Technologist.Following my degree, I joined Premier Foods as a Senior Packaging Technologist, supporting innovation projects within the sweet treats sector of the business.After being promoted to Packaging Development Manager in 2019, working across our branded cake portfolios including Mr Kipling, Cadbury cake and Plantastic cake for just over 3 years. In 2022, I took on a new role as Packaging Development Manager covering our Flavours and Seasonings and Quick Meal Solution and Snacks categories.
