I am responsible for developing business strategy, financial planning and strategy, monitoring service and personnel performance, analysing and managing staff performance, researching and developing plans for future service changes. I formulated and manage the Business Development and Continuity plan to secure the long-term security and success of the charity. Assisting the CEO I manage 115 staff across two services and five sites. I have been responsible for significantly changing and improving our staff employment contracts and staff policies and procedures. With the current CEO I have increased profits increasing the quality and range of our service provision, strengthening the future security of the charity, and significantly increasing the number of service development options.

ABOUT REBECCA WHEELER
I am the Business Manager at Vranch House, a children\'s charity in Devon with a clinical department providing NHS out patient medical services for children aged 0-19yrs across Exeter, North, East and Mid Devon, and a special school for children with significant physical difficulties aged 2-19yrs. We help approximately 1500 children a year.Alongside work I am currently studying for an MBA. I also have a BSc(Hons) and MSc from the University of the West of England, and have previously worked in Equine, farm and small animal veterinary practices, retail and education.
