Responsible for our Broker Strategy across UKI, I work closely with our adjusters in developing and maintaining relationships with brokers nationwide. I have implemented a team of 20 adjusters who feedback on each region giving me oversight of activity including meetings, nominations, networking and events. I oversee delivery of training to brokers both bespoke in house and wider market events. Alongside my responsibilities as Broker Development Lead I also launched and retain responsibility for McLarens Hospitality, a proposition to meet the claims management needs of the hospitality sector.
