I am an experienced residential childcare worker looking to progress in this line of work to make a difference to the lives of children and young people I have worked in youth work for a number of years and am passionate about providing therapeutic care for the young people I work with. Currently I am studying Advanced Residential Childcare at Masters level and look forward to using my knowledge to develop my own and others practice in order to provide the best care for children in my care.
