Accountable for all people and finance related support functions within the Fenny Lock Distribution Centre, a semi automated 1m sq ft operation with an annual budget of £16 million and an annual total throughput volume of 13.5 million.As part of the Fenny Lock startup project I lead the implementation of the support functions, creating team structures and ways of working. Leading through others to set standards and create a streamlined support function to achieve the site objectives.Leading a team across 3 job levels and 4 functions; Resource Planning, Training and Development, Engagement & Financial. With a strong emphasis on Development, coaching and engagement in role.
