I have a strong belief that communication is the vital backbone of the world and have been student in this skill for most of my life. The success of a team, project, company, person involves many attributes, for each one requires humans to communicate. Communication enables us to grow and learn, create connections, share diverse ideas and intent, listen with compassion, appreciate and respect differences, negotiate through challenges, co-ordinate and collaborate, be an effective Leader. To expand on your communication skills, we first have to admit something to ourselves, we are HUMAN. Yes- even at work (sorry to break it to you).I have spent my entire career working on tech projects (development and delivery). The many hats I have worn on my journey have allowed me to study communication and how we can bring the human element present at work. I believe that what I have learnt during my journey has been crucial to my success as a Programme Manager. Working with all areas of the organisation (and beyond), I provide facilitation, translation (from tech to commercial), and organisation to enable collaboration towards a common objective.I work towards creating a transparent picture and narrative of developments and what needs to be true for the future to be possible. I will challenge the status quo so that we can understand \"why\" a situation is the way it is, provide a lens towards new possibilities.
