Meetings weekly with the Executive Team.Manage Valley Community Planning & Performance Management Unit, updating three community plans; overseeing 19 staff & 3 direct reports.Previously managed the West/South/Harbor Division in the Community Planning Bureau, updating six community plans; overseeing 17 staff.Establish the Performance Management Unit (PMU) which is tasked with developing and analyzing workload and performance metrics and using the data/information to guide strategic operations process improvements.Help to identify, assess, and develop new strategies to facilitate the department to operate more efficiently.Develop and deliver a training program for staff of 380 department personnel.Work closely with the Executive Management team to implement new programs and policies.Collaborate across the department to identify operational needs and establish priorities for the department.Work with our Systems team to help development new operational enhancements for staff.
