With over 20 years of experience in the life insurance and financial services industry, I bring a strong blend of strategic insight, competitive intelligence, and execution to complex business needs. My career spans business analysis, internal wholesaling, regulatory strategy, and leadership roles, where I have consistently partnered with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and organizational impact.Most recently, as a Business Analyst at Andesa Services, I led initiatives supporting life insurance distribution strategy, regulatory awareness, and executive communications. I founded and co-chaired the Insurance, News, and Compliance Committee, strengthening industry insight and alignment across teams, and contributed to executive-level messaging designed to enhance client engagement and market positioning.Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to translate complex insurance concepts into actionable strategies, foster collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, and deliver solutions that balance compliance, growth, and customer value. My experience includes competitive benchmarking, process improvement, training development, and leadership support within highly regulated environments.I hold FLMI, AIRC, ALMI, and ACS designations from LOMA as well as my Life & Health Insurance Licenses, and am passionate about continuous learning, clear communication, and results-driven leadership.
