Responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive publication plans to ensure timely, ethical, and transparent dissemination of company-sponsored clinical research. Serve as a key scientific communicator, ensuring research findings are translated effectively to both scientific and non-scientific audiences, while upholding Good Publication Practices (GPP) and the highest ethical standards. Perform literature reviews, ongoing literature surveillance, including post-market surveillance activities, and competitive intelligence monitoring. Develop and maintain a centralized clinical evidence library to support cross-functional stakeholders. Establish and manage regular reporting cadences to keep internal teams informed of newly published studies and key insights. Translate complex clinical research findings into actionable insights for commercial, medical, and non-scientific audiences. Contribute to internal and external clinical presentations and scientific briefings.
