ABOUT REBECCA SMITTENAAR
I am passionate about using my deep knowledge of cancer, real world data and study design. I have extensive experience in the public sector where I have led teams to deliver analyses to provide performance indicators, inform re-appraisal of drugs in the Cancer Drugs Fund and support clinical governance. More recently, I have worked in a clinical trial setting where I have collaborate with other professionals to create key study documents including protocols, statistical analysis plans and clinical study reports. I have additionally contributed to regulatory submissions. I currently focus on cancer, but I also have expert knowledge of neuroscience and mental health through my PhD/MSc/BSc. I am a skilled people and project manager. I have lead large teams with diverse backgrounds, and have a track record of developing these teams to deliver new data products. I lead on complex, multi-organisation projects.
