I began my compliance journey in 2001, focusing on HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. From 2005 to 2015, I managed the Kaiser Northwest Regional Privacy and Security Program, handling investigations, reporting, training, and policy support. Since 2015, I\'ve specialized in HIPAA Security and PCI compliance, continually evolving with technology to expand my work in security compliance. As a Northwest native, I have focused my career locally. As I progress in the healthcare industry, gaining experience outside of the Northwest will be the next phase of my journey.
