About Rebecca Senft
I\'m currently a Senior Scientist at Merck using classical image analysis techniques, deep learning and machine learning to extract information about cells from high content image-based screens. I also perform downstream analysis of morphological cell profiles, mostly using R and a little Python. Previously, I was a postdoctoral associate in Beth Cimini’s lab in the Imaging Platform at the Broad Institute. I work on image analysis and translating high content images into data insights. Prior to my postdoc, I was a graduate student at Harvard University in the Program in Neuroscience in Susan Dymecki\'s lab studying the development, circuitry, and functioning of the median raphe serotonin neuron system.
