I am a finance major at Loyola Marymount University, expected to graduate in 2024. I have been interning at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ since June 2023, where I create and present BOV presentations on subject properties, attend lectures on investment sales, and learn how to maintain consistent contact with a large database of clients. My core competencies include financial analysis, finance, commercial real estate, and attitude change. Previously, I interned at Equitas Investments for two years, where I created lease abstracts, analyzed proformas, managed personal relationships with city planning and zoning committees, and coordinated building inspections for retail real estate investments. I also worked as a barista and shift leader at The Lion’s Den at Loyola Marymount University, where I took orders, prepared beverages, and oversaw customer relations and employee culture in a fast-paced work environment. I am passionate about learning new skills, solving problems, and collaborating with diverse teams.
