Project the impact of OECD Pillar II on the company’s foreign affiliates based on proposed Safe Harbor regulations and future proposed QDMTT and IIR regulations. • Analyze and interpret proposed, new, and current tax laws and regulations, including but not limited to Foreign Tax Redetermination and Internal Revenue Code Section 987, in collaboration with the internal tax team and external tax advisors. • Facilitate Internal Revenue Service examinations including drafting correspondences to examiners to support the company’s current tax positions for GILTI, BEAT, FDII, and FTC. • Support international tax planning projects, including $35M cash reorganizations, to certify the company tax structure supports the growing operational needs of the company.
