Build and integrate health coaching program for internal caregivers at Intermountain hospital. Primary responsibility is to health coach telephonically or through Microsoft Teams. Secondary responsibility is to outreach eligible members, organize health resources, attend and host trainings, and support the health promotions department with on-sight health fairs. In addition, our team has expanded our reach to two different markets, Medicare and Medicaid. We also play a key role in testing new internal platforms and update marketing templates and emails for outreach.
