A senior member of the team responsible for the smooth and efficient onboarding of both segregated and bespoke pooled mandates- Coordinating the launch of Schroder funds across UK, EMEA, US and APAC- Liaising with clients, custodians, Transfer Agents and counterparties to support client growth and change- Enhancing team procedures and improving efficiency- Offering excellent customer service to both external and internal clients- Proficient in the use of Salesforce, PEGA, Outsystems, Aladdin, Excel and JIRA- Involved in ad-hoc projects, for example integrating off-book mandates into our book of records and onboarding new Schroders legal entities which required liaison with Legal and Product and understanding of complex processes and regulations
