I joined the Physical Stores / Just Walk Out team to launch and scale the cashier-less experience beyond Amazon Go to several new store formats including Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods grocery stores, Sainsbury, and Starbucks. I helped reinvent a core service that was a scaling bottleneck and operational hotspot. I\'ve advised management on moving tech ownership to support business velocity, domain ownership, and architecture simplification. I\'m currently hands-on with improving an IoT cloud integration with scaling and resiliency issues and designing a data-first strategy for improving receipt accuracy and preventing fraud and abuse. My work requires me to collaborate and influence across several teams and orgs to be effective and I\'m actively involved in hiring and mentoring.
