I lead our internal work to progress our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) as well as ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) efforts. Our business is people so we lead our ESG with with the Social impact driven by DEI. At Magnit DEI and ESG are core to our culture and the Culture and Communications team work along side our DEI and ESG colleagues to embed our culture with these principles. In addition, it is our mission to bring DEI to the Contingent workforce (Contractors, temps, non-employee/external workforce) with our Magnit Unites Service offering.
