ABOUT REBECCA PEBLEY
A dedicated, detailed oriented, problem solver with a strong work ethic who strives to exceed expectations, quickly learns new skills, and welcomes increased levels of responsibilities. In my current role I manage and execute the SHPExchange and LeaderSHPE Live events for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. In my previous role, I was an Event & Intern Engagement Coordinator, I lead pre-event and on-site logistics for National Diversity Conferences that Cummins attended, including but not limited to NSBE, SHPE, SWE and GMiS. I also coordinated in-person and virtual events for summer interns and co-ops. The summer of 2022 I helped plan and coordinate 4-day events for 350 interns/co-ops involving Executives and Directors to showcase Cummins and show what it is like to work on-site.
