   While 310 Nutrition has been well-versed in the macro-influencer landscape since the nascence of this marketing niche, I joined the company to help establish a micro-influencer focused program. As an Influencer Marketing Associate, I build a wide array of strategic campaigns that match current brand initiatives while also sourcing the influencers for each campaign. Acting as a talent manager, I foster strong relationships with our influencers while negotiating all aspects of the collaboration like determining deliverables, organizing content guidelines, establishing usage rights, settling payment, drafting agreements, etc. This goes hand in hand with supporting the personal social growth of each influencer through our influencer program. By developing innovative campaigns and harnessing the power of micro-influencers, I aim to generate engaging content that captures the attention of viewers, builds brand awareness, and drives traffic to 310 Nutrition.
