ABOUT REBECCA PADUONE

Rebecca Paduone is the Director of SMB Sales - Business Services, Sparklight, formally known as Cable ONE. Rebecca leads a national team - charged with motivating, inspiring and empowering her team to successfully reach and exceed any and all goals both professionally and personally. Her background is in Business Services, Advertising, Sales and Marketing.Prior to business services, Rebecca was the Advertising Sales Manager for the Arizona region, managing a team of associates from Account Executives, to Production and Traffic. In this role, she had won “The Exceptional Achievement Award” for Cable ONE in 2012 and 2014.In 2003, Rebecca was the Corporate Promotions Manager for the advertising division of CableONE. Rebecca was responsible for creating, promoting and facilitating all national sales programs for the advertising division of Cable ONE. She designed and publicized programs that generate revenue and brand awareness for clients throughout the company’s footprint. In this capacity, she won “The Outstanding Contribution Award” for Cable ONE in 2006, 2010 and most recently in 2015.She is also a recipient of the Cable Advertising Bureau (CAB)”Sales Achievement of the Year” award. In 2012/2013 Rebecca was chosen to be part of the prestigious Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. Prior to Cable One, Rebecca was with AMC Networks as a Marketing Manager and with The Discovery Channel as an Account Manager. She began her cable television career in 1992 as a CNN intern reporter. Rebecca graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BS in Communications and Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Asian Humanities. She held positions as Mentor Chair for the AZ/NM chapter of Women in Cable Television and chair for Cable Advertising Bureau. Rebecca\'s passion is working with Non-profit children\'s charities.
