ABOUT REBECCA NEEDLEY

I\'m an accomplished leader with over 14 years\' experience in driving commercial, operational and team performances within the Retail sector. I specialise in continuous improvement and have a track record of implementing value-adding and cost saving processes to businesses. I have a passion for people management and gain satisfaction from helping individuals reach their full potential.After 6.5 valuable years as a highly successful operational Area Manager running teams of up to 120 individuals, I moved into a variety of corporate roles so as to gain a more strategic understanding of the wider business. I completed two years in the National IT department with 13 direct reports covering the departmental finance team as well as technical support for several business counterparts including Customer Interaction, CRM, Customer Services, Internal Communications, Marketing and eCommerce. I also worked in the eCommerce department leading several teams responsible for the Click & Collect Fulfilment operation across GB & IE, Data and Analytics as well as maintaining responsibility for the National IT Finance team.
