About Rebecca Omara
I am an engineering project manager with experience in product / process transfer projects for Stryker’s joint replacement division. I have experience with managing multi-site new technology development projects, sustaining design change projects and internal and supplier based product/ process transfer projects. I have led CER & budget generation, including obtaining capital committee approval for a $15M project spanning 3 production facilities. I have worked in a variety of technical areas including complex coatings, packaging, plastics & metals machining and more and believe this broad experience allows me to understand processes from an end-to-end viewpoint. Outside of work I enjoy reading, running, yoga, spin classes, spending time with family & friends and watching Villanova basketball.
