This involves not only promoting our exceptional services through sales and marketing but also analysing our business progress and crafting strategies to keep us ahead in a competitive market.I can genuinely say that I am passionate about my job. Working within the mental health industry has been a long-standing aspiration, and I am thrilled to have found my true calling. The services we provide have a real impact on improving lives.I feel fortunate to collaborate with incredible clients, ranging from employers who invest in their people through Employee Assistance Programmes and other support services, to Housing Associations and Councils that prioritise supporting tenants through our unique Tenant Support & Wellbeing Service (TSWS).
