Prior to my current role, I held the role of Chief Product Officer leading our product management, design and research teams for our Rocket Platform including Rocket Mortgage digital experiences. Now as a Strategic Advisor and an ICF certified Executive Coach, I have the pleasure to work with our senior most leaders across Rocket, guiding them as they develop the skills, knowledge and behaviors needed to lead us into the future. My focus is simply, to create positive change for our clients, team members and candidates through leadership, technology and process.
