Responsibilities include;Work with buying team for each season\'s strategy and input the design direction\' making sure it adheres to the core brand identityConceptualising and designing M&S teen girl fashionable lifestyle footwear line.Building authentic trend stories and communicating effectively the design direction to the leadership team so they are enthusiastic and excited about new product.Researching lasts/outsoles and developing the samples in Far East, India and Europe with the PD team.Working with buying team to build range.Direct and oversee my freelancers and FSV’s, ensuring they have clear understanding of direction and timelines.Presenting range to the leadership team and department.Identifying new innovations and gaps in the market to help growth share.Creating my own critical path to ensure all products are delivered on time.
