ABOUT REBECCA MAGGIANO

Helping others achieve homeownership has been my passion for the last decade. At the end of the day my job is extremely simple, I solve problems and I get people money.In high school student, I started calling $1 mortgage leads after school at night. From taking applications over the phone to creating a connection to allow for follow up, I learned a strong set of communication skills.In college, I developed a strong work ethic and multi-tasking skills. From playing Division 1 soccer to balancing a full course load, I was able to prioritize and make the most of my college experience. One of the most rewarding activities was being the college coordinator my senior year for over 100 children in the Big Brother Big Sister’s program through Thornwell Children’s Home. I also had an opportunity to volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House with my sorority. Both organizations sparked a passion in me for helping others. After I graduated college, I followed in my father’s footsteps to join his team as a Loan Officer Assistant where I was able to learn extensive skills in sales. After six months, I passed the Loan Originator test to have the ability to lock rates, send financial disclosures, and negotiate terms of programs. Through the last six years of teamwork, we have accomplished being published in the Scotsman’s Guide Top 1% of Loan Originators in America every year and Top 10 Loan Originator’s in New Hampshire. Our four mantras that are in our DNA are clients for life, find a way to say yes, together we achieve more, and excellence in everything. They have been the foundation for our team’s success. Whether it be educating first time home buyers or thinking outside the box to save the deal from another bank, this career has allowed me to help thousands of people achieve a monumental milestone in their life.
