SCOPE:Hired as a trusted strategist and partner to senior leadership. Devise systems and processes focused on positive change, and steer the transformation of the largest region of the largest ski and luxury entertainment provider in the world. Establish complex HR strategies and implement innovative HR solutions aligned with Vail Resorts’ objectives. ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT: Remotely led a cross-functional team of 10 managers and leaders in executing HR strategies that evolved the operation and enhanced the employee experience. Established organizational strategies that supported and advanced Vail Resorts’ growth from 4 to 42 resorts in 10 years, including acquisitions and acquisitions work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Redesigned the employee experience and employee engagement. Paved the way for significant change in the resort culture. Innovated strategies that engaged stakeholders, embraced communication, diversity, and inclusion, provided training and support, encouraged accountability and recognition. Executed a complex process that resulted in successfully negotiating the first-in-the-world lift maintenance union contract and renegotiating a 3-patrol agreement.
