Serve as the employee development trainer and program manager for the Health Information Technology Services Department.Core Functions • Design, develop, and manage standards, processes, and tools for assessing, measuring, and monitoring IT culture for a department of 625+, including those activities and initiatives related to an administrative integration of Medical Center and Health System IT teams as well as the acquisition of Olathe Health staff joining the health system.• Coordinate, design and execute a wide variety of interventions, trainings, and special projects including the department’s annual technology summit, strategic planning sessions and other department-level meetings and external and internal courses which incorporates virtual instructor lead, video and job aids to support staff including an onboarding toolkit for leaders and staff.• Oversee department-level onboarding activities and provide guidance to teams.• Design, build, and maintain SharePoint pages for programs managed.• Partner with human resources learning teams to leverage organizational-wide offerings.
