Owner of Inspired Fitness, a local Evergreen fitness, exercise and health development studio since 2006. We are located in North Evergreen in the Bank of America office complex of Castle Court. Inspired Fitness and its six trainers, not only support fitness and physical health, but also overall health of the body and mind. We offer small group fitness classes for all levels and personal training services as well! Weight training, bodyweight training, bootcamp (indoors and outdoors), kickboxing, cardio intervals, Barre Pilates, RIPPED, Power Yoga, P90X, BodyShred, Butts and Guts, Chisel, Sculpt and more! First class is always free and lots of options for payment depending upon your budget and time you allow for fitness! From monthly autopay to 10 and 20 classes to individual class drop in.
