Meet deadlines for resident check-ins, and fire safety inspections, facilitate personal-professional development sessions, undergo the creation of door tags and bulletin boards, and fulfill programming requirements such as proposal development, material procurement, and evaluation. Mediate conflicts with active listening techniques, adherence to community guidelines, and reference to roommate agreements when necessary. Fulfill bi-weekly and weekend duty shifts from 8 pm to 8 am, conducting rounds to ensure safety and address any emergent issues.Training in Mental Health Crises, Title IX, Empathy “How to deal with difficult people,” Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging,(EDIB)
