With over 11 years of experience in the shipbuilding industry, I am a driven and versatile manager who excels in integrated logistics support, proposal evaluation, and proposal review. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to the Navy and other customers, while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and organizational goals. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a bachelor\'s degree in international business and logistics, and have completed the Leadership and Management Program at UC San Diego.As the Manager of Integrated Logistics Support at General Dynamics NASSCO, I lead a team of over 30 logisticians, technical writers, validators, and shipboard trainers responsible for ship system and equipment configuration data control. I oversee the completion of ILS work scope on all contracts, including all shipbuilding, post-delivery, and planning yard contracts for multiple ship classes. I also represent ILS internally and externally on specific program matters relating to proposal review and forum attendance. I leverage my communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Navy counterparts, engineering management, contracts, planning, purchasing, and production on a daily basis.
