About Rebecca Hutton

Rebecca Hutton serves as President & CEO as well as the Program Director for the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series (SKL) at Leadership Indianapolis. Prior to her involvement with Leadership Indianapolis, she served as the CEO of Theater of Inclusion, a company that developed and implemented community engagement projects using the arts. Throughout her career, Rebecca’s work has focused on designing experiences that engage people in the issues of community, leadership, and legacy. Rebecca currently serves on the Indiana Repertory Theatre Board of Directors, WNBA All-Star 2025 Host Committee, 2026 Men\'s Final Four Local Organizing Committee, and Steering Committee for the National Community Leadership Collaborative (NCLC). She was named an Indianapolis Foundation Fellow in 2016 and an Arts Council of Indianapolis Creative Renewal Fellow in 2009. She has also been honored with the Indiana Governor’s Award for Tomorrow’s Leaders and was named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 in 2005. Rebecca graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Dance from Point Park University in Pittsburgh and upon graduation danced with The Repertory Project in Cleveland before returning to Indianapolis.
