Lead negotiations and discussions around coverage policy, clinical evidence, and value-based arrangements.Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR):Collaborate with clinical and medical affairs to generate and communicate economic data (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, quality of life) to support market access.Patient Access Programs:Oversee reimbursement support teams and patient services, ensuring timely prior authorization, appeals, and hub services execution.Provider Education:Deliver training and resources to sales and providers on coding, billing, documentation, and payer policy navigation to support proper reimbursement.Policy Monitoring:Track and analyze changes in healthcare policy, payer requirements, and CMS rules that impact neuromodulation reimbursement.KOL and Society Engagement:Collaborate with professional societies and clinical advocates to influence payer and guideline development.Commercial Support:Partner with marketing and commercial teams to align reimbursement messaging with product positioning and field strategy.
