I am a Mid-level Associate in the Real Estate Disputes team at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP. I have experience of advising both landlord and tenant clients on various contentious commercial property issues. These include business lease renewals, dilapidations, service of break notices and reviewing the validity of notices received. I advise daily and run general asset management matters for clients. I also have experience advising on property insolvency matters and possession orders. As a member of the CMS Real Estate Disputes Rights of Light team, I assist senior members of the team in advising on the rights of light impact in respect of clients proposed flagship developments. I particularly advise on whether adjoining owners have rights of light and also advises on associated strategy and risk.I am also a member of the CMS Telecoms team whereby I assist senior members of the team by advising clients on MSVs and references under the Code and advise on the Telecoms Code generally.
