She serves state HHS and higher education clients in the areas of digital transformation, service delivery, and case management across various HHS program areas, including Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, childcare, child welfare, and workforce development. She has led large scale, business-driven HHS system implementations in multiple states and is dedicated to supporting states in their mission to serve its most vulnerable constituents.
